You can place your order directly through our website. Simply browse our collection, add the items you like to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • International Delivery: 10–20 business days (if applicable)
    Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


📦 3. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the Track Your Order page. Just enter your order number and email address.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing or shipping.


🔄 5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

7. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
